Our delivery process on all in-stock shoes is fast and efficient. All of our TAYGRA shoes are dispatched from our base in the UK. For items in stock, delivery times are as follows:
UK: 2-3 working days from order placement. All orders sent with tracking and signature on delivery.
EU: please order from our sister site, bluecarioca.net
Rest of World: This can vary; please reach out to office@bluecarioca.net
Special Orders
The TAYGRA range is huge, and as a boutique company we don’t keep every model, colour and size in stock.
Now, the good news! If you would like to special order a particular pair of shoes in the next order run, please register your interest here
We place orders regularly. If the shoes you want are already on the way, we can reserve them for you. Otherwise, we’ll be able to come back to you with an estimated delivery date depending on what local production is like in Brazil.

Returns
Once you have received your shoes, you have 30 days to check them for sizing, fit, and style. Do you love them? Yes? Then enjoy them! And, if you don’t love them, you can send them back for an exchange or a refund.
To be accepted for return, your TAYGRA shoes must be:
- Sent back unworn (trying them on in your home is ok!) without signs of wear, like dirt, scuffs, or other marks
- Accompanied by the original packing slip, or a piece of paper letting us know your name and order number, so we know who is returning the shoes
- Packed to protect them from the elements on their return journey (you can re-use the original packaging)
- Sent using a tracked service, so arrival (and your refund) are guaranteed.
Please send us an email to office@bluecarioca.net to give us a heads up that you are returning shoes, and to indicate whether you would like to exchange them (and, if so, for which shoes) or if you would like a refund.
Exchanges can be made for equal value shoes, or for any other style where you pay the difference in price.
